What you will do

• Design the end-to-end product experience for the platform from concept to production.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive brand language across all user interfaces.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to iterate on product vision and design decisions.
• Prototype complex interactions to validate and communicate design ideas.
• Solve ambiguous product challenges through hands-on design and iterative building.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
• Deep technical skill in product design with an appreciation for excellent engineering.
• Experience taking designs from initial concept through to final production.
• Ability to make disciplined design choices that prioritize product clarity and simplicity.
• Deep proficiency in design tools like Figma.
