What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements using various elicitation techniques.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases following agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and functional testing to validate platform compliance.
• Identify and communicate potential project risks or changes impacting delivery.
• Provide support to business users to facilitate effective platform adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce and finance domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with e-commerce platform customization.
• Proven expertise in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases using agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of finance operations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with BigCommerce.
