What you will do

• Design technical diagrams, illustrations, and interactive web assets to simplify complex database concepts.
• Create visual systems for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Develop environmental branding, booth graphics, and collateral for conferences and community events.
• Design merchandise and branded materials that maintain consistent brand standards.
• Collaborate with web and product marketing teams to design creative website components and landing pages.
• Evolve and expand brand identity while maintaining guidelines and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills across digital, print, and experiential formats.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• Must be based in the US.

• Experience designing for technical or developer-focused brands.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
