Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

  • Define and evolve the hirify.global brand voice across all marketing materials, sales decks, and web content.
  • Develop and execute an editorial calendar that integrates blog, newsletter, webinars, and social media into cohesive campaigns.
  • Own the end-to-end customer storytelling pipeline, including interviews and content packaging for various channels.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of webinars and digital events, turning them into reusable content flywheels.
  • Produce high-converting sales enablement assets, including one-pagers, outbound templates, and email sequences.
  • Leverage AI tools for strategic research, drafting, and production to maximize content output and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrable skill in thinking in programs rather than isolated content pieces.
  • Expertise in adapting messaging for different buying personas and stages without losing brand identity.
  • Fluency in using AI tools for content research, drafting, and production.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into simple, clear, and engaging narratives.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a challenger or category-creating brand.
  • Background in AI, automation, or customer experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range in web copy, long-form, and campaign development.
