What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the transaction data domain to support safeguarding, FX, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Engineering to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable product specifications.
• Establish canonical transaction lifecycle models including business events, states, and data enrichment standards.
• Prioritize engineering backlogs to ensure delivery alignment with strategic business value and regulatory timelines.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery to implementation and adoption across internal business units.
• Communicate progress and success metrics related to data completeness and reconciliation accuracy to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level Product Management experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Professional background in fast-moving fintech or payment environments.
• Solid understanding of transaction lifecycles, settlement flows, and financial operations such as safeguarding or reconciliation.
• Demonstrated experience defining complex data models and requirements across multiple functional domains.
• Ability to align multiple Product Managers on shared data ownership and dependencies.
• Strong analytical mindset for identifying data gaps and measuring business impact.
