hirify.global is building an AI-native trade compliance engine to automate and orchestrate customs, tariffs, and regulatory reporting for enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Develop and improve parsers for regulatory documents from 50+ countries, maintaining legal structural integrity.
• Implement hybrid retrieval systems combining semantic search with exact legal-term matching and re-ranking.
• Design and deploy LLM-driven workflows with integrated guardrails and audit logs.
• Build evaluation frameworks and regression tests to improve retrieval and answer accuracy.
• Contribute to full-stack development using TypeScript (NestJS/NextJS) and Python for production-ready features.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with RAG in production is essential.
• Proficiency with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model orchestration.
• Strong backend engineering skills in TypeScript or Python.
• Experience handling unstructured data, messy PDFs, and complex table structures.
• Startup mindset with an ability to thrive in a high-pace environment with evolving requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid retrieval techniques.
• Background in legal, regulatory, tax, or financial domains.
• Familiarity with building AI evaluation frameworks.
• Multi-language NLP experience.
