What you will do

• Lead and execute testing strategy for the global D365 F&O ERP transformation program.
• Coordinate testing cycles across functional teams, integrations, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with CSV auditors to ensure full documentation, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end business process validation including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and supply chain flows.
• Define and track key test metrics, defect trends, and quality indicators.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and process owners.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing ERP testing programs, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into structured test plans and execution cycles.
• Experience validating end-to-end business processes and complex system integrations.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Jira.
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and validation artifacts.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
