What you will do
- Architect and scale sophisticated RAG pipelines for multi-language regulatory documents.
- Design agent-based workflows that chain complex legal rules and trade agreements.
- Build structured evaluation frameworks to ensure high accuracy and auditability.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-impact AI engineering team.
- Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle from model orchestration to production monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and the founding team.
Requirements
- Proven experience building production-grade RAG systems.
- Deep expertise in LLM, foundation models, and agent-based system design.
- Strong background in handling complex, structured, or legal-domain documents.
- Experience with hybrid search strategies combining semantic and keyword matching.
- Previous engineering leadership experience and team-building skills.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern web architectures.
Nice to have
- Experience in trade, customs, or regulatory compliance domains.
- Background in building feedback loops and expert evaluation systems.
- Proficiency in multi-language NLP.
