What you will do

• Architect and scale sophisticated RAG pipelines for multi-language regulatory documents.
• Design agent-based workflows that chain complex legal rules and trade agreements.
• Build structured evaluation frameworks to ensure high accuracy and auditability.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-impact AI engineering team.
• Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle from model orchestration to production monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and the founding team.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-grade RAG systems.
• Deep expertise in LLM, foundation models, and agent-based system design.
• Strong background in handling complex, structured, or legal-domain documents.
• Experience with hybrid search strategies combining semantic and keyword matching.
• Previous engineering leadership experience and team-building skills.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern web architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience in trade, customs, or regulatory compliance domains.
• Background in building feedback loops and expert evaluation systems.
• Proficiency in multi-language NLP.
