What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support for 3D hardware and software via online sessions, phone, and email.
- Collect relevant customer information and document all support cases accurately in the CRM.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Escalate critical feedback and issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Participate in occasional on-site events or business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- Fluent Ukrainian and Upper-intermediate/Advanced English (B2+).
- Proficiency in an additional language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Polish) is required.
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid format from the Kyiv office.
