What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
• Deliver comprehensive hands-on training for scanning hardware and software.
• Manage the entire customer journey from product delivery to confident, habitual usage.
• Provide prompt support via email, phone, and chat while tracking progress in CRM.
• Verify successful product installations and troubleshoot early-stage issues.
• Escalate customer feedback to local academies and relevant internal departments.

Requirements

• English proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Minimum one year of experience in a technical support call center, preferably in the medical or dental field.
• Strong background or deep interest in dentistry.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and provide concise, professional training.
• Demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across cultural boundaries.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a dental assistant or working in a dental lab.
• Familiarity with intraoral scanners (IOS) or TRIOS specific systems.
• Participation in previous dental conferences or training roles.
