What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the European Commission, European Parliament, and Council.
• Advocate for company priorities on legislative initiatives impacting users and the business.
• Manage engagement with industry trade groups and external coalitions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on policy developments in Brussels to internal cross-functional partners.
• Develop position papers, consultation responses, and talking points for policy engagement.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience working in government, politics, or policy within Brussels or Europe.
• Deep understanding of the Brussels policy landscape, including relevant laws and regulations.
• English proficiency: Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Proven ability to network, communicate effectively, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel as required, including to the U.S. and Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, German, or Dutch.
• Experience representing a U.S.-based company in Europe.
• Background in tech policy initiatives such as online safety, content moderation, or privacy.
• Familiarity with the online gaming industry.
