What you will do
- Own end-to-end Salesforce development, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and platform configuration across Sales Cloud and any integrated products.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack — including Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other revenue-facing tools — ensuring clean, reliable data flow across systems.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, managing the full development lifecycle from scoping through deployment.
- Govern data quality and integrity across the GTM stack, establishing standards for hygiene, deduplication, and taxonomy that support accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize new GTM technologies, serving as the internal subject matter expert on tool selection, vendor management, and platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Salesforce Administration Required
