Salary: $144,500 – $170,000 CAD

What you will do
- Drive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Architect, build, and optimize scalable Workday integrations, custom reports, and advanced security models.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including People Operations, Compensation, Payroll, and Engineering to resolve issues and deliver process automations.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and internationalization efforts via onboarding workflows and data migration.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions within HR systems to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configuration across HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Proven ability to architect and maintain complex Workday reports, integrations, and security models.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, custom integration patterns (SOAP, REST, WQL), and familiarity with Workday Extend, Orchestrations, or Prism.
- Strong understanding of Payroll and Finance processes as they connect to HR systems.
- Demonstrated experience using modern AI tools to accelerate engineering and build AI-enabled automations.
- Must be available for regular in-office work in Toronto, Canada.
