TL;DR

Product Manager (Pricing & Monetization): Designing and optimizing revenue models for a large-scale SaaS ecommerce platform with an accent on pricing strategies, monetization levers, and billing system evolution. Focus on running experimentation-driven cycles, leveraging behavioral data, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive expansion revenue.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania) with remote work possibilities.

Salary: 6,000–8,000 EUR/month (gross).

What you will do

  • Own the pricing and packaging strategy for plans and add-ons from hypothesis to implementation.
  • Identify and quantify monetization opportunities across the funnel including trial conversion and upgrade triggers.
  • Design and conduct pricing experiments to draw actionable conclusions from revenue data.
  • Collaborate with billing engineering to maintain and evolve the core billing system.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to define and communicate commercial terms.
  • Track north star metrics for expansion revenue and perform deep-dive data analysis.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics tools like Amplitude or Looker.
  • Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of unit economics and ARR.
  • Proven background in running growth experiments and data-driven validation.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for data synthesis and product discovery.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and marketing.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically with pricing, monetization, or subscription management (e.g., Stripe, Chargebee).
  • Background in the ecommerce sector and merchant behavior.
  • Previous experience at product-led growth companies.
