What you will do

• Own the full technical lifecycle of federal deployments from prototype to production.
• Design and build mission-critical full-stack integrations using modern programming languages.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural guidance for government prospects.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap based on field feedback.
• Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and automation tools to scale federal operations.
• Serve as a primary technical advisor to senior government leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance or equivalent is mandatory.
• 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience in customer-facing or government environments.
• Professional development experience in Python, JavaScript, or Rust.
• Proven ability to navigate complex government procurement and sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for work at government facilities.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) and infrastructure tools like Kubernetes or Terraform.
• Background in government compliance frameworks like FedRAMP or FISMA.
• Experience with LLMs, speech recognition, or generative AI models.
• Prior exposure to sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Solution Selling.
