📋 Description

• Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover needs and plan accounts
• Be the trusted contact through onboarding, reviews, and renewals
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product to grow accounts
• Proactively identify risks and ensure MarqVision features are leveraged
• Develop relationships at all levels within the customer organization
• Define timelines, milestones, and success criteria; track delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success/Account Management in Japan
• Proven renewals and expansions ownership
• Experience leading junior team members
• Excellent customer-facing skills: training, coaching, conflict resolution
• Fluent in English and native Japanese
• Self-starter with drive to exceed expectations
