What you will do

• Define and evolve the technical architecture, tooling, and governance of the company-wide design system.
• Develop AI-driven plugins and tools to bridge the gap between Figma designs, code, and AI workflows.
• Create and maintain evaluation frameworks to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability at scale.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend teams to solve real-world user problems through engineering.
• Mentor peers and contribute to internal AI engineering best practices and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and Figma tokens.
• Experience building real AI-powered systems or workflows beyond experimental projects.
• Product-first mindset focused on shipping clean, production-grade solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, skill-based agents, MCP, or AI protocols.
• Background in building internal tooling, plugins, or automated design-to-code pipelines.
• Experience translating early concepts into production-grade infrastructure.
