What you will do

• Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives targeting technical builders.
• Build and execute multi-channel demand programs optimized for developer audiences.
• Design and run lightweight experiments to test messaging hypotheses and channel fit.
• Own the full funnel from awareness to activation, prioritizing pipeline quality.
• Partner with Product Managers on PMF validation sprints, including surveys and cohort analysis.
• Define and track leading indicators of traction like retention, activation rates, and NPS.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in growth, developer, or product marketing.
• Proven experience in 0-to-1 GTM motions and developer tools or AI/ML companies.
• Strong written communication skills for creating technical content, ads, and documentation.
• Genuine technical curiosity regarding AI agent development and infrastructure.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and ship iterations quickly.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience in developer community building.
