TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud): Designing and architecting scalable Salesforce solutions with an accent on Service Cloud, integration patterns, and platform automation. Focus on driving technical excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and the implementation of advanced AI-driven service processes.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Stuttgart, Germany (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Design and architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
  • Leverage AI techniques to optimize service processes and enhance predictive capabilities.
  • Implement integration patterns to connect Salesforce with backend and voice systems.
  • Harmonize data models and components across multiple Salesforce Clouds to improve scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

  • Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong background in Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Flows.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and API usage.
  • Experience with code review practices, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
  • Proficient in English; German language skills are an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with additional clouds such as Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud.
