What you will do
- Establish and mature the enterprise insider threat program, aligning monitoring and detection to crown-jewel assets.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for behavioral signal analysis, case management, and cyber deception operations.
- Integrate workforce telemetry and risk intelligence into broader cyber operations.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Privacy departments to ensure consistent, fair, and defensible investigative outcomes.
- Develop executive-level reporting on workforce risk trends and mitigation progress.
- Recruit and mentor a high-trust team capable of handling highly sensitive matters with discretion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, insider threat, investigations, intelligence, or risk disciplines.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical or investigative teams.
- Strong understanding of behavioral risk indicators, cyber telemetry, and digital forensics.
- Ability to navigate highly regulated environments and manage sensitive employee matters.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
- Experience with deception technologies and adversary engagement.
- Advanced degree in cybersecurity, intelligence studies, psychology, or criminal justice.
- Background in workforce privacy and employment law.
