Salary: $133,700.00 - $188,000.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.

What you will do

• Triage, monitor, and prioritize the defect database.
• Improve methods of test execution at the initiative level.
• Provide continuous feedback on content and code being developed.
• Collaborate with different disciplines to push quality upstream by introducing quality practices.
• Author test plans and oversee the execution of test coverage.
• Work with and collaborate with external QA vendors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience designing and executing test plans.
• Experience managing components of a defect database.
• Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback on effectiveness.
• Experience working embedded with developers and content creators.
• Experience creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data.

Nice to have

• Development experience across several platforms: mobile, console, and PC.
• ISTQB Foundation Level, Agile Tester, Expert Level, or Advanced Test Manager.
• ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST) or Test Expert (ICE-AT).
• Experience working with engineering-heavy teams and supporting technical areas.
• Experience creating and executing performance test plans across multiple platforms.
