What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new security certifications to support business expansion.
• Proactively identify and neutralize project blockers to maintain high velocity in cloud-native environments.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making between Engineering, IT, and Product teams.
• Refine project methodologies to ensure security initiatives remain rigorous yet agile.
• Oversee project lifecycles, milestones, and dependencies while providing executive-level status reporting.
• Foster strategic partnerships with subject matter experts to align on security objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical program/project management within the security domain.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of leading high-stakes security compliance initiatives like FedRAMP, PCI, or HIPAA.
• Experience managing complex technical dependencies and geo-distributed teams.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate across technical and leadership spectrums.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
