TL;DR
Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI/Databricks): Building and deploying real-world machine learning solutions with an accent on agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and scalable MLOps pipelines. Focus on productionalizing multi-agent ecosystems, optimizing end-to-end ML infrastructure, and integrating advanced models into complex business environments.
Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote or Hybrid in any office location)

What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines including data infrastructure and model optimization.
- Develop and orchestrate agentic systems and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Build LLMOps pipelines to ensure observability, reproducibility, and prompt versioning.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into production-ready AI/ML solutions.
- Partner with Data Scientists to support the full ML lifecycle from experimentation to deployment.
- Enhance ML infrastructure including CI/CD/CT practices, monitoring, and security.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying production machine learning solutions.
- Expertise with production environments on Databricks.
- Proficiency in Python and the core machine learning ecosystem.
- English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or above.
Nice to have
- Experience with Langfuse, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases for experiment tracking.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Kubeflow, or Databricks Jobs.
- Previous experience with cloud-based AI services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
