💫RedCore is looking for a Retention Loyalty Manager
Requirements:
- Gambling industry experience is mandatory;
- Experience planning and executing engagement events such as tournaments, lotteries, jackpots, missions, quests for player retention;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate promo economics and analyze results;
- Expertise in gamification processes, including game mechanics, progression systems, and rewards;
- Knowledge of client segmentation and player behavior analysis;
- Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize activities;
- Familiarity with key metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.;
- Experience with analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar.
