APAC MDR Leader: Leading the MDR Team and contributing to the ANZ and SEA markets with an accent on identifying business opportunities and nurturing leads. Focus on converting Automation Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Opportunities using the MEDDPICC method and meeting marketing qualified lead goals.

What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of marketing professionals across the APAC region.
- Strategize closely with Regional Sales Leaders and Field Marketing Managers to drive KPI attainments.
- Qualify and nurture incoming leads from marketing activities to identify business opportunities.
- Convert Automation Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Opportunities using the MEDDPICC method.
- Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce.com.
- Support the attendance of end user events by calling to invite and remind registrants to increase event attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ideally previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prospecting and lead qualification experience preferred.
- Proven experience working and succeeding in a goal-driven environment.
- Languages: Italian & Spanish native speaker, fluency in English and French is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.com (or another CRM) & Groove is a huge plus.
