What you will do

• Provide localized legal support for up to five countries across the LATAM region.
• Identify and resolve legal issues impacting local business operations as a front-line counsel.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and government relations teams to provide day-to-day legal advice.
• Monitor and analyze upcoming regulations to impact public policy development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with various counterparties.
• Manage administrative procedures, including user claims and consumer protection matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience with at least 3 years in a law firm.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level (IELTS academic 6.5-9) and fluency in the local language.
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Strong background in civil law, consumer protection, media/marketing regulation, and pre-litigation.
• Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, delivery, or tech-driven sectors.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format in Santiago.
