What you will do

• Provide strong leadership and active mentoring for a global infrastructure team.
• Manage complex enterprise-level infrastructure services including Microsoft environments and cloud platforms.
• Drive team performance by establishing clear KPIs, OKRs, and operational goals.
• Support and scale build infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines including Artifactory and Git.
• Ensure stability across cloud environments including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle.

Requirements

• Proven management experience leading global technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in both Windows and Linux operating environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of version control systems, artifact management, and CI/CD architecture.
• Excellent troubleshooting and complex problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in Microsoft services like Active Directory, Exchange, and Certificate Authority.
• Proficiency in scripting or Infrastructure-as-Code using Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
