What you will do

• Review and analyze large volumes of logs from ground and flight tests.
• Validate system behavior against expected performance requirements.
• Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential technical issues.
• Document findings and report technical issues clearly.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to share actionable insights.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and consistent approach to technical tasks.
• Experience working with technical data, logs, or metrics.
• English: B1+ required.
• Ukrainian: Fluent.
• Ability to follow formal test procedures and validation processes.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in QA, testing, or validation roles.
• Background in robotics, embedded systems, or UAV technology.
• Experience with telemetry data analysis.
