What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and performance test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
• Integrate automated testing suites directly into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous delivery.
• Analyze test failures and production incidents to perform root cause analysis.
• Evaluate test coverage and quality risks while proposing improvements to QA processes.
• Mentor junior QA team members and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in QA and test automation.
• Must be based in Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, or Latvia.
• Proven experience working on Open Banking or PISP systems.
• Hands-on expertise with automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in an Agile environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
