TL;DR
Senior Automation QA Engineer (Java): Building and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks for a complex sportswear design and creation platform with an accent on SAFe methodology, Event-Driven architecture, and CI/CD integration. Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Remote or Hybrid flexibility available).

What you will do
- Design and maintain automation frameworks from scratch for backend and frontend systems.
- Develop and execute an overarching test automation strategy for complex product ecosystems.
- Integrate automated testing cycles into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery.
- Collaborate closely with manual QA teams to balance automation and exploratory testing activities.
- Prepare test data and environments while reporting on product stability.
- Assist in high-level strategic decisions regarding quality processes.
Requirements
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
- Must be based in Ukraine.
- 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation.
- Proven ability to build automation frameworks from scratch.
- Solid expertise in Java, OOP, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Serenity, Rest-assured, Playwright, Cucumber, and Allure.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Teamcity.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern agent/MCP-based testing approaches.
- Background in working with version control systems like GIT or SVN.
