What you will do

• Transform strategic intent into achieved results across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain workstreams, identify risks, and ensure accountability.
• Establish a consolidated view of the transformation portfolio, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
• Support program management and ensure decisions are made at the appropriate level.
• Prepare leadership-level reporting for the CFO, board, and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
• English: B2/C1 level.
• Experience in project management.
• Detail-oriented and structured personality.
• Knowledge of Czech accounting and finance.

Nice to have

• Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
• Experience with financial processes (FP&A, reporting, management).
• Experience in audit or management consulting.
• ACCA or similar certifications.
