What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and onboarding/implementation support to enterprise clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations for prospects and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with enterprise partners and enablement teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise partners, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• Provide feedback to product management teams on partner and customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years' Sales Engineering experience, ideally in an Enterprise environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in Windows systems, IT infrastructure, and working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills, in-person and virtually.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner engagements, and events.

Nice to have

• Experience with RMM, ITSM, or similar tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)
