What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of global football marketing campaigns, from strategy to post-campaign analysis.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies across paid media, owned channels, social, content, and partnerships.
• Serve as a key marketing point of contact for Football, building a collaborative and commercially productive relationship.
• Build and manage marketing relationships with football associations, domestic leagues, and clubs across hirify.global's key global markets.
• Lead the development and execution of campaigns that drive subscriber and user acquisition across key markets.
• Define and track KPIs for all campaign and partnership marketing activity, monitoring performance and using data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven senior marketing experience within a sport, entertainment, media, or subscription business.
• A genuine passion for football and a deep understanding of the global football landscape.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Partnership marketing experience with sports organizations, brands, or rights holders.
• Strong relationship management skills and experience working in a global or multi-market marketing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
