Что делать

  • Consult clients on non-typical issues arising during the installation or use of the service.
  • Identify possible causes of malfunctions.
  • Check the status of hardware and software.
  • Determine the malfunction based on data received from the client and eliminate the malfunction.
  • Collect and document data on the number and causes of problems.
  • Maintain a knowledge base with descriptions of solutions.

Требования

  • Experience in customer support (telecom operators, internet providers, hosting providers, call centers) from 1 year.
  • General knowledge: data transmission medium, multiplexing technology, channel aggregation, stacking, Ethernet, QnQ, STP, GPON, ARP, MPLS, tunnel protocols, VPN.
  • Practical skills: interface properties, VLAN, ICMP, IP, SSH, OSPF.
  • Skill in configuring operating systems used for the service.
  • Experience in configuring application and system software required for the service.
  • Skill in working with information systems for receiving, processing and registering customer requests.
