What you will do

• Lead migrations of Accounting Entity Management and related software.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using Monday.com and Zendesk.
• Configure software based on client needs and support clients with post-migration queries.
• Provide documented client feedback to product management.
• Execute company strategy as defined by executive management.
• Continuously improve implementation processes.

Requirements

• 4-5 years supporting Implementation Consultants with migrations.
• Knowledge of software functionality within migration scope.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of Backoffice Accounting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in South Africa.
