What you will do

• Develop efficient, secure backend applications and integrate AI solutions into existing products and support systems.
• Research, evaluate, and apply new AI-based technologies to drive optimisation and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to backend systems that support multiple products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial product development experience with Python, focusing on scalable backend services and data manipulation.
• Strong proficiency in Docker for containerisation and deployment.
• Demonstrated expertise in building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents.
• Experience designing automated evaluation pipelines, implementing production monitoring, and ensuring solution reliability.
• Solid understanding of AI security, including response control, prompt injection prevention, and safety guardrails.
• Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new technologies and approaches, especially in the rapidly evolving field of AI.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional programming languages (C#, JavaScript or TypeScript).
• Experience with transformer architectures, fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA) and self-hosting models.
• Previous experience with hirify.global products.
