What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python and Django framework.
• Implement and integrate AI/ML solutions using LLM API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production systems.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Monitor and improve AI model performance using LangSmith and similar observability tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise with Django framework and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience implementing LLM-based solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency with LLM API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Experience with LangSmith or similar LLM observability and debugging tools.
• English proficiency (B2 level or higher)

Nice to have

• Frontend development experience with React.js.
• Experience in the PropTech or Real Estate industry.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG implementations.
