TL;DR

High Tech Developer (Gamedev): Refactoring existing features and optimizing client performance for a hardcore mobile MMO built on Unity with an accent on RAM and CPU usage. Focus on profiling performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing new technologies.

Location: Hybrid work format in Belgrade.

What you will do

  • Refactor existing features.
  • Optimize client performance, including RAM and CPU usage.
  • Profile performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Run R&D and implement new technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong profiling skills, including tools such as Unity Profiler and Memory Profiler.
  • Proven experience working with Unity.
  • Experience building tools for data and asset validation.
  • Solid understanding of memory management.
  • Experience optimizing physics systems.
  • Experience mentoring or leading a team.
  • Experience working with platform specific solutions.
