TL;DR

Senior Optimization Developer (Gamedev): Optimizing client performance, including RAM and CPU usage with an accent on profiling, building automated profiling systems and tracking optimization results in production. Focus on refactoring existing features, running R& D and introducing new technologies.

What you will do

• Optimizing client performance, including RAM and CPU usage.
• Profiling, including building automated profiling systems and tracking optimization results in production.
• Refactoring existing features.
• Running R& D and introducing new technologies.
• Optimizing server side and networking logic.

Requirements

• Strong profiling skills, including tools such as Unity Profiler and Memory Profiler.
• Proven experience working with Unity.
• Experience optimizing gameplay logic and working with assets.
• Solid understanding of memory management.
• Experience with native profilers and physics optimization.
• Experience working with networking and multiplayer systems, especially MMO.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or leading a team.
