What you will do

• Contribute to end‑to‑end design work across discovery, ideation, and delivery with guidance from senior designers.
• Collaborate closely with Research, Product, Engineering, and Architecture to support usability and feasibility.
• Translate complex product and technical problems into clear, user‑friendly design solutions.
• Advocate for user needs by helping define UX opportunities and use cases.
• Create design artifacts such as sketches, wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups to communicate solutions.
• Contribute to and follow established UX and UI standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in a UX or Product Design role.
• Solid foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and user‑centered design practices.
• Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or similar.
• Experience collaborating within cross‑functional product teams.
• Exposure to SaaS product development environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of analytics, metrics, and data‑informed design.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI‑assisted design or prototyping tools is a plus.
• Curiosity about business context and how design supports product and customer outcomes.
