Salary: 14,800 – 20,350 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Design and deliver responsive web layouts, landing pages, and campaign experiences aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate across Brand, Marketing, and Development teams to ensure visual storytelling meets project goals.
• Prepare and optimize multi-density assets and export pipelines for seamless implementation.
• Partner with developers to provide clear handoff specifications and ensure design fidelity.
• Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and manage localization readiness.
• Support junior team members through design reviews and mentorship on design systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web or graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, design tokens).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and browser behavior.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with RTL (Right-to-Left) layout design.
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
