What you will do

• Drive strategic GTM decisions by providing the analytical backbone for sales performance analysis.
• Shape the BI architecture by defining requirements for Power BI and CRM systems.
• Build and maintain core sales KPIs, reports, and forecasting models.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, product performance, and segment trends to inform leadership strategy.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and annual sales planning frameworks.

Requirements

• Deep proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or similar commercial BI/analytics role.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data narratives to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (native level proficiency).

Nice to have

• German language skills are a plus for local team integration.
