What you will do

• Plan, implement, and maintain infrastructure environments across AWS and on-premises platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, supporting their technical growth and day to day delivery.
• Coordinate DevOps activities and help set engineering standards, priorities, and best practices.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to support consistent and automated deployments.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and overall system observability.
• Troubleshoot issues across hybrid environments, including cloud and on-premises systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with AWS services across production environments.
• Hands on experience with on-premises infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, or data center environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring DevOps engineers or infrastructure teams.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines with modern tooling.
• Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to serverless services on AWS.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure migration initiatives.
