What you will do

  • Create 3D models for characters, environments, and props that align with project style and quality standards.
  • Develop textures, materials, and UV maps suitable for real-time rendering in Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual fidelity.
  • Collaborate with concept artists, tech artists, and animators to ensure smooth integration of assets into the game engine.
  • Participate in art reviews, provide feedback, and iterate based on team input.
  • Maintain clean and organized files following studio naming conventions and pipeline standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in the games industry.
  • Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, and shading for real-time environments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
  • Experience with Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop, or equivalent texturing software.
  • Experience with ZBrush or other sculpting softwares for sculpting and high-poly workflows.
  • Good communication skills and self-organization in remote or hybrid setups.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of rigging or animation pipelines.
  • Experience with shader creation or procedural materials.
  • Understanding of lighting and composition for in-engine presentation.
  • Background in mobile optimization or VR/AR projects.
