What you will do

• Direct cross-functional teams of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to define delivery scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient execution.
• Facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies, such as scrum of scrums, product owner syncs, and ART syncs.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the Project or Program Increments (PIs).
• Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 -4 years of program management experience, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar degree or six years of program management experience with an MBA.
• Expertise in Agile principles, and methodologies and a familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Solid technical background to effectively communicate with technical team members and understand project complexities.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Target process, and version control systems like Git.
• Ability to communicate project objectives, progress, risks, and issues clearly and concisely tailored to the audience's level of understanding.
