TL;DR

Ai Strategic Customer Success Consultant (AI): Supporting relationships with hirify.global’s high-value, strategic clients with an accent on ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and demonstrating the value of hirify.global’s interaction platform. Focus on retaining and increasing revenue from the customer portfolio, identifying process changes, and troubleshooting client challenges.

Location: Must be available to work onsite at our Guatemala City office in Zone 10, Monday - Friday

What you will do

  • Partner with an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help business owners identify, design, and implement process changes.
  • Manage a book of Strategic Enterprise customers and oversee projects across different departments.
  • Help clients set performance goals, analyze performance, troubleshoot challenges, and design creative solutions.
  • Assist in managing the lifecycle of your customer portfolio, looking for ways to work smarter and increase effectiveness.
  • Maintain documentation for customer account details with assistance from the AM.
  • Assist with reporting the value of hirify.global products in syncs, check-ins, and EBRs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success experience, Enterprise experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Voice AI, automation platforms) with hands-on experience.
  • A growth-oriented approach to AI and the ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value.
  • Strong ability to think at scale while balancing customer experience outcomes.
  • Excellence in achieving net retention goals and contributing to revenue and engagement metrics.
  • Experience working in professional services, managed services, or a SaaS company.
