What you will do

• Develop and scale backend services using Python/Django.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Python/Django.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Redis.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice architecture.
• Experience working with high-load systems and performance optimization.
• Ability to make and justify technical decisions, including trade-offs.
• Motivation to grow, take ownership, and contribute to a strong international team.
