What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and referral programs.
• Develop and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to maximize user activation and lifetime value.
• Implement strategies based on segmentation, personalization, and automated user journeys.
• Analyze campaign data and user behavior to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with product, content, and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management roles.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in user behavior analysis and retention strategies.
• Proven experience executing lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
• Knowledge of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Fluency in English.
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and fintech.
