Location: Remote (United States or Canada)

Salary: $21.85 - $28.75 USD Hourly (San Francisco Bay Area), $19.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly (Select US Metros and States), $17.10 - $22.50 USD Hourly (Other US Locations)

What you will do

• Lead a full content audit across channels, evaluating assets for relevance, accuracy, and consistency.
• Build and maintain a content inventory to catalog asset type, topic, owner, publish date, and status.
• Identify content gaps and deliver a final audit report with prioritized recommendations.
• Assist with updating and maintaining project management templates and workflows in Workfront.
• Support content governance initiatives including naming conventions, taxonomy, and process documentation.
• Assist with organizing and tagging assets in our content library or CMS.

Requirements

• Working towards a Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism degree with a preference for Juniors and Seniors with prior internship experience.
• Collaborative and curious, with a genuine interest in the strategic side of content work.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage structured systems.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for clarity and consistency.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to work for the complete summer break (May – August or June – September).

Nice to have

• Workfront, Asana, or other project management tool experience preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems or digital asset management tools is a plus.
• Experience working with major generative AI tools and openness to experimenting with AI applications specific to content, marketing, and workflow automation is a plus.
