What you will do

• Provide technology leadership for the DevOps team.
• Design and manage scalable infrastructure to support development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement secure and reliable CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Create architecture documentation and define standards for DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to drive 'Shift Left' security practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical team growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience in development, operations, and full-stack implementations.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Architect or in a similar leadership role.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or Ruby for automation and integration.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US with at least 24 months of remaining authorization without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Sensu.
• Knowledge of logging and analytics tools like Elasticsearch.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform.
